Non-refundable rate: full payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds in case of cancellation.
Semi-flexible / 30% deposit rate: 30% of the total amount is charged at booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is retained. No additional refund is provided.

- Continental breakfast available as an option, served between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM
- Open year-round
- The interior of the house is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside on the balcony or in the backyard
- Cash preferred, but we also accept Visa and Mastercard
- Our canine host Swapi, a loving Shih Tzu, lives on site
- Pets are welcome! Small dogs are now allowed. Please let us know before booking if you are traveling with a four-legged companion (Swapi, our Shih Tzu, is still getting used to other dogs).
- Please respect the peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evening
